Legend Hotel Islamabad

The place was neat and clean. Staff was nice. All facilities were up to par.

Staff Behavior was excellent from reception to housekeeping, booking staff, guards and restaurant staff too. Overall I appreciate it's human talent. They perform their job duties not only with their hands but also with their heart. Restaurant food quality was also good. Felt safe, and enjoyed comfortable room facilities. Location is super safe.

The best experience so far i have exeperienced in economical prices, staff is discrete, noone bothers you, every promised facility is available, cleanliness is 100%. Food is great no need to leave the hotel for anything .

BREAKFAST AND EVERYTHING THAT I ORDERED TO MY ROOM WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS.ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND STYLISH.WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT!PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE.SECURITY WAS EXCELLENT, THERE WERE ALWAYS A COUPLE OF THEM STANDONG THERE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE GATE EVEN WHEN I WOULD DRIVE BACK AT 3AM THEY WOULD STILL BE WIDE AWAKE AND VIGILANT.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

Good hotel, decent location - though further away and not walking distance to the main busier part of the city. Good size room. Modern accommodation and amenities. Customer service was also fairly alright.

Due to the lack of public and citizen care, the hotel was hard to reach to due to blockades imposed by the pathetic and incompetent local government of PMLN and General Asim Munir who absolutely don't give a flying f* about citizens and visitors to the country and city. Containers had blocked the roads. I felt unsafe. There was no clarity on what was happening. Sadly this property falls in the high security area of Islamabad and as long as a pathetic, incompetent and unjust government is in place, anything is possible in Islamabad and you never know if you'll be able to get to your hotel.

It was cheap compared to other options

The hotel needs work. Its old. Not clean

Hotel was good clean and neat staff is very helpful and everything was available inside the room. Room service was good dine in room and you have to try their mix tea

Staff was so courteous and with smile on their faces served us with welcome drink. Breakfast was good with live egg station and tandoor.

Parking space in the basement was a little cramped!

Best hotel at this price point. The facilities are excellent and the vibe is great . The bed is extremely comfortable.Food is outstanding. Staff are exceptionally polite. However the only area for improvement is the limited breakfast option. Coffee was also missing

It was very close to my client's office. The price was OK.

The room was too small. The ambience was stinky, and from nowhere, it was close to a 4-star hotel.

Very peaceful spot and the staff is very polite and friendly. Love the free included breakfast.Prices of food served in the hotel are reasonable.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like

Breakfast was great, multiple meals and all very tasty and delicious….. And the location is very well reachable for every visitor to visit the city.

The colour of bedsheets and blankets are white which are sometimes not clean usually so they should be perfectly clean always.

Very poor

BATHROOM SIZE WAS LITERALLY 2.5 FEET X 3.5 FEET. ONE CAN IMAGE HOW THEY WOULD HAVE ADJUSTED EVERYTHING IN LIMITED SPACE. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. NO CO-OPERATION FROM STAFF

"I had an exceptional stay at Legend hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.

Clean fully functional washroomsQuick and well mannered staffHelpful receptionistsQuiet environment

Low quality breakfastNo mini bar, no iron in the roomBedsheets not tightly fitted

Staff behaviour is very polite and location is very Goood. Recommended for stay. They accommodate guest by giving best room if available

Room Services including complementary water was only 2 bottles for complete family. Fruit basket was not available if it was requested.

V cooperative staff and neat and clean hotel .food needs improvement .

Non availability of driver room.

Good breakfast and location is also good but if you want to go out side for dining , all restaurants are very far from this hotel , rest all good .
